It is these smaller shreds of plastic that are slightly heavier than the classic pellet bead. This results in a hackysack that is around 60% full, soft, 35-40 grams in weight and easier to control. These hacky sacks are great for working on your control and are an awesome compliment to sand filled bags. In general, the footbags with higher panels hold their shape more consistently for a perfectly straight flight path every kick, but some of the lower paneled footbags are more versatile, since they collapse more easily on your foot and are the easier pellet filled footbags to stall.
